說明：
一、依據社團法人中華民國康復之友聯盟104年8月6日康復聯盟(104)字第078號函辦理。
二、為能與數位學習時代趨勢接軌，於社團法人中華民國康復之友聯盟網站「資訊交流」區(網址：http：//http://www.tamiroc.org.tw/information01.htm)提供資源手冊PDF'檔案免費下載閱讀，並將由社團法人中華民國康復之友聯盟每年更新版本。
三、網路與印刷版本知資源手冊索取及使用相關規定如下：
1.欲索取資源手冊印刷版本，每篇章每冊酌收工本費100元，郵資另計。
2.為尊重資源手冊著作版權，未來若取用者須複製網路或印刷版本之教材內容於任何文書中，務必說明節錄自社團法人中華民國康復之友聯盟資源手冊。
3.資源手冊僅供閱讀使用，若欲將資源手冊作為自行規劃之衛生教育講座之課程教材，敬請與社團法人中華民國康復之友聯盟聯絡人聯繫。
