一、查市府及所屬機關學校員工諮商輔導要點(以下簡稱諮商輔導要點)第2點規定略以，諮商輔導對象為市府及所屬機關學校所屬員工，並未包括教育局所屬各級學校暨幼兒園之教育人員，合先敘明。
二、為維護旨揭人員心理健康並提升組織效能，爰同意其如有需要得比照諮商輔導要點第7點第1款，申請每年每人4小時諮商鐘點費補助，該項經費由各校(園)依實際需要編列並於相關經費項目下支應。
三、為避免影響教學，如申請人依諮商輔導要點第7點第3款於上班時間至工作地點以外場所接受諮商，請於無課務之時間辦理。
四、檢附教育局來文及前開諮商輔導要點1份。
