一、依教育部93年4月30日台人(二)字第0930034959號書函：依教師進修研究獎勵辦法第8條第2項規定：「前項進修、研究費用，包括依主管教育行政機關訂定之收費標準所收取之學費、雜費、學分費及學分學雜費。進修、研究人員應於學期或進修、研究階段結束後，憑成績單及繳費數據申請補助；不及格項目，不予補助。」，至進修中之教師於撰寫論文期間因論文尚未完成致無學期成績者，請參酌公務人員訓練進修法施行細則第20條規定，提出進修報告及繳費數據申請進修費用之補助。
三、本案教師若已於學期中休學，該學期階段未完成，即非屬上開函釋所稱之「進修中教師」，且已無進修之事實，不適用教師進修研究獎勵辦法之相關補助規定。
