說明：
一、依據基隆市政府107年1月3日基府教特參字第1070200217A號函辦理。
二、申請資格：設籍於台澎金馬之6-8年級學生。
三、招生對象：輔導對象為義務教育階段學生，因家庭遭遇變故而中途輟學，經追蹤輔導返校而無法適應就學環境因家
庭功能不彰而有中輟之虞，經家長或監護人同意接受輔導就讀者，並經基隆市政府復學輔導就讀小組審查
符合資格者。
四、符合申請者請於107年1月15日前備齊相關資料向基隆市中山高中國中部大德分校慈輝班出申請（如附件）。
