一、依據公務人員保障暨培訓委員會（以下簡稱保訓會）107年5月25日公訓字第1072160237號函辦理。
二、查國家文官學院數位學習平臺「文官e學苑」自本（107）年1月1日起轉型，並自同年4月1日起加盟行政院人事行政總處公務人力發展學院「e等公務園+學習平臺」，且完成行政中立、公務倫理數位課程上架啟用，爰保訓會前於96年3月22日以公訓字第0960002801A號令訂定發布「公務人員行政中立訓練數位學習注意事項」已無適用之必要，業經該會本年5月11日公訓字第1072160172號令予以廢止。
三、自即日起至本年11月底止，凡至「e等公務園+學習平臺」文官e學苑加盟專區完成「公務人員行政中立法與實務」課程學習，並經線上成績評量達90分以上者，保訓會將於本年12月間以隨機方式抽出共計50名，致贈行政中立相關宣導品，以鼓勵上網學習行政中立相關數位課程。
