一、依據公務人員保障暨培訓委員會（以下簡稱保訓會）108年5月16日公訓字第1082160147號函辦理。
二、保訓會為鼓勵公務人員上網學習公務人員行政中立及公務倫理相關課程，自即日起至本年11月底前，凡至「e等公務園+學習平臺」文官e學苑加盟專區完成「公務人員行政中立法與實務」課程，經線上成績評量達90分以上者，即可參加個人獎抽獎；另各機關有15人以上完成上開行政中立數位課程，且課後評量成績均及格之機關，即可參加團體獎抽獎，公務人員保障暨培訓委員會將於本年12月間，以隨機抽獎方式抽獎，並致贈行政中立相關宣導品，詳細活動內容詳如附件1。行政中立宣導文稿請參閱附件2
