辦理時間：
第1梯次：民國108年12月20日（星期五）上午9時至11時30分。
第2梯次：民國108年12月20日（星期五）下午14時至16時30分。
辦理地點：：本府永華市政中心11樓訓練教室。
本課程中將進行手部按摩教學課程，請於當日著寬鬆上衣。並為配合市府環保減碳政策，請自備飲水杯。
