鑑於國際間COVID-19（武漢肺炎）疫情日益嚴峻，世界衛生組織已宣布疫情為全球大流行，考量疫區及飛機均為高風險感染地區（環境），為降低國內防疫負擔及避免影響機關人力調度，請各類人員務必審慎評估出國之必要性及急迫性。是以，自本年3月13日起，凡非因公奉派出國者，返國後倘須進行自主健康管理，其請假回歸各類人員請假規則規定，以休假、事假、病假或加班補休等假別辦理。
