一、依據臺南市教育局政風室公告編號第170016號轉知。
二、為使本局暨所屬機關學校同仁明瞭公物或公款挪為私用可能衍生之刑事責任，降低廉政風險，本局政風室彙整刑法侵占罪、貪汙治罪條例相關法規並蒐集新聞案例，製作成旨揭宣導資料一份(如附件)。
三、請惠予協助利用學校網站、LINE群組或電子郵件等管道，將前揭宣導資料轉知同仁，避免因不諳法令、誤觸法網之情事發生。
