說明：
一、為增進學生關心自我、關懷家園及參與公共事務的意願與熱忱，提供學生回饋學校、社區及社會之機制，本校辦理109學年度寒假志工校內服務學習活動，提供各校學生提出申請。
二、貴校學生如有參加意願者，請於110年1月18日(星期一)前，繳交家長同意書、校外服務學習活動學生申請表暨同意書（須由貴校處室承辦人核章）至本校輔導室。
三、錄取人員名單訂於110年1月19日(星期二)公告於本校全球資訊網。
