主旨：連假期間請學校教師持續關懷輔導高關懷學生，並掌握學生行蹤以維護人身安全。
說明：
一、適逢中秋連假將近，學生較易受校外生活誘因影響，請於連假前持續協助學生穩定就學，提醒學生意自身安全，並
於連假期間持續關懷、輔導及追蹤中輟生、長期缺課生及高關懷學生動態，持續進行電訪，並連結相關網絡資源以
協助其假期後穩定返校。
二、同時，請導師利用家庭聯絡簿、班群網站或LINE等宣傳管道，落實親師溝通，提醒家長於連假期間務必掌握學生動
態，並適切規劃連假期間之活動並注意人身安全，協助學生維持穩定生活作息，並因應疫情提醒學生減少外出群聚。
