一、旨揭競賽採兩種組別競賽，青少年組訂於111年4月18日(星期一)至4月20日(星期三)舉行；青年組訂於111年4月21日(星期四)至4月23日(星期六)舉行。網路報名日期皆自111年1月3日上午9時起至1月13日晚間24時截止，報名表件及相關證明資料於111年1月14日前(郵戳為憑)寄出，本屆報名方式一律採網路報名。
