旨揭補助表修正，主要係因應103年1月29日修正公布之公教人員保險法新增生育給付項目之附帶決議辦理，有關適用公教人員保險法之被保險人分娩或早產，其生育給付由公保保險準備金支應。爰公務人員須不符公保法請領生育給付資格時（如男性人員配偶分娩或早產；本人依公教人員保險法繳付保險費未滿二百八十日分娩或未滿一百八十一日早產），始得請領生育補助；另公務人員之配偶依各該社會保險生育給付所請領之金額較公教人員婚喪生育補助表規定之補助基準為低時，發給差額。
