二、考試日期：112年4月15日（星期六）。
三、辦理現場登記分發日期：112年5月13日（星期六）。
四、招生訊息請洽慈濟科大教務處招生組，電話：03－8572158#2734、2729、2730。招生簡章（網址 http://tad.tcust.edu.tw/files/11-1004-151-1.php ）公告，不另發售紙本簡章。
六、慈濟科大可提供外縣市考生及家長申請住宿（考試及登記分發前一日），請於住宿日前10日前提出申請表，詳情請來電洽詢慈濟科大招生組。
