二、依臺灣省及金馬地區103 學年度身心障礙學生適性輔導安置簡章規定：「餘額安置名額為適性輔導安置結果公告後所剩之餘額。」，其「資格：未曾參加本安置且免試入學、特色招生等其他入學管道皆未錄取者， 並符合本簡章報名資格者。」
