轉知教育局112年6月12日南市教人(一)字第1120765282號函，修正「臺南市立高級中等以下學校教師出勤實施要點」，名稱並修正為「臺南市市立高級中等以下學校及幼兒園教師出勤實施要點」，並自即日生效
上開修正內容簡述如下：
一、刪除未兼行政職務教師寒暑假期間除規定之日外得不必到校之規定文字，該規範回歸依教師請假規則辦理。（第3點）
二、配合函釋規範修正加班補休之使用期限為應於加班後2年內補休完畢。（第4點）
三、修正經公開甄選聘期3個月以上代理教師以行政院人事行政總處公告之行政機關辦公日為出勤服務日，其餘出勤管理事項仍比照本要點規定辦理。（第10點）
