說明：
一、現任本市公私立各級學校（含幼兒園）之教師，並為本會(或臺南市教育產業工會）入會滿一年以上之會員，任教年資滿三年以上，且近三年內未受行政記過以上之處分，及資格符合甄選計畫內容規定者，均可被他人推薦或自我推薦參加。曾獲選本市SUPER教師獎首獎或全國SUPER教師獎首獎者，不得再報名。
二、參選組別有：幼兒園、國小、國中、高中職、大專等5組。各組SUPER教師獎首獎得主：每名獲頒獎金10,000元與榮譽獎盃一座。
三、推薦日期：即日起至民國113年2月29日(四)止。
