2.申請相關資訊：
(1)設籍桃園市(含原桃園縣)10年以上之績優運動選手，於103年1月1日至112年12月31日期間所獲 參賽成績如符合「桃園市績優運動選手就業輔導實施要點」規定，且具有高中(職)以上學歷，得提出就業輔導申請。
(2)本案自即日起受理申請至113年4月1日(星期一)止，有意願者請檢送申請表及相關文件親送或郵寄(郵戳為憑)至桃園市政府體育局(寄送地址：桃園市桃園區三民路一段1號)，審查結果另函通知。
3.檢附公文及申請文件。
