主旨：臺南市家庭教育中心為服務市民提供「主動致電關懷」服務一案，請有需求之家長於113年4月1日（一）前提出申
請。
說明：
一、家庭教育中心長期以來為協助民眾解決有關婚姻、親子、家人關係等家庭困擾，提供家庭教育諮詢專線「4128185」
（幫一幫我）及面談服務；為讓服務更多元，特別再開闢三線關懷專線，主動關懷需家庭教育資源服務的家庭。
二、致電關懷服務對象分為一般家庭及新住民家庭，新住民家庭致電關懷服務以具有通譯資格人員進行致電關懷，
目前以越南語及印尼語通譯服務為主。
三、請家長多加利用，有本需求的家長請洽輔導室輔導組協助申請本項服務。
