一、依據113年8月6日南市教專字第1131079846號函辦理。
二、參賽對象
（一）本市公私立國中及國小，請由112學年度校訂課程（彈性學習課程）計畫中至少報名一件作品參賽。
（二）111學年度已獲選特優、優等之課程計畫不得再以同一計畫送件。
三、原訂送件期限為8月16日（星期五），現展延至8月29日（星期四）；尚未送件之學校，請盡速送件，並將作品上傳至https://forms.gle/dpqvyhgn7AQmSWwu6。
四、上述函中附件文件格式為PDF格式，為使各校便於使用，相關文字檔格式如附件供參。
五、另因現處暑假期間，授權書簽名取得不易，得以先行以電子簽名方式辦理；或於開學時補件。
