說明:
一、依據社團法人中華民國身心障礙聯盟113年12月30日障盟(113）字第106號函辦理。
二、兒童權利公約第二次國家報告國際審查結論性意見第45（8）點略以，在執行協助身心障礙兒少的措施時，發展符合CRC及 CRPD規定的適當做法，讓身心障礙兒少的聲音能被聽見。
三、社團法人中華民國身心障礙聯盟為與各界共同積極推動身心障礙兒少表意及參與，發展旨揭工具書，係以相關培力經驗為基礎編寫而成，分為兩大部分參考事項：
（一）身心障礙兒少培力：提供有意願投入身心障礙兒少培力之工作者或各級政府參考。
（二）邀請身心障礙兒少參加會議：提供辦理會議須邀請身心障礙兒少參與之各級政府或相關單位及學校參考。
