本校國樂合奏及絲竹樂參加台南市103學年度學生音樂比賽均獲優等殊榮，國樂合奏更取得代表台南市參加103學年度全國賽資格，成績優異，新興國中校長、家長會長暨全體師生感謝指揮吳奇峰老師、王宏仁老師帶領的教師團隊及李双美會長率領的國樂後援會全力支持，更為獲得佳績辛苦的國樂團員們感到欣慰和榮耀。
