臺南市114學年度推動海洋教育『漫畫・慢話～為海洋發聲』四格漫畫徵選活動實施計畫
參加對象：本市公私立國民中學、國民小學（三～六年級）之學生個人創作。
徵件期程：即日起至115年4月7日。
報名方式：線上報名(https://audition.doeco.com.tw/)。參賽者登入『漫畫．慢話～為海洋發聲』四格漫畫徵選網站，填寫個人基本資料並設定帳戶密碼，完成註冊後，即可進入比賽頁面。
