三、參加對象：本市各級學校教職人員及學生家長。
四、報名方式：請於103年12月17日（星期三）前逕至教育部特殊教育通報網報名。
五、補充說明：
（一）凡經承辦單位錄取且無課務者，請所屬學校惠允公假登記。
（二）本次活動由承辦單位（永福國小）保有資格之審核權。
